Career profile Completion of this assessment helps determine
your suitability for sales, your motivation and entrepreneurial spirit,
and your training needs.
Interviews Sun Life provides face-to-face opportunities for the
company to learn more about you and for you to learn more about
the organization and the career it offers.
Marketing orientation This is to assess how comfortable you
are in developing your client base and speaking with people about
their potential need for financial solutions.
Provincial licensing The insurance and investment licensing
process ensures that you have a solid knowledge base to provide
the right financial solutions to your clients.
Joint field work and pre-contract sales You’ll go out on
sales calls with a Sun Life sales manager, who will demonstrate
the sales process and required skills and then coach you to success.
